The NJ/ARM Program is managed by a team recognized throughout New Jersey for professional service and advice. Their extensive experience in working with local governments has produced a Program that has unique understanding of the investment needs, preferences, and limitations faced by New Jersey counties, school districts, municipalities, and authorities.

The five organizations that comprise the Program's team of professional service providers are:
